Web Benefits Design benefits hotline call center is a state-of-the-art facility with highly educated and trained benefit professionals to answer your employee calls. By providing a centralized solution for benefits support services, the benefits call center becomes a seamless extension of your Human Resources department.

Website Content Specialist

This position will assist in the process of completing various html updates and initial website builds (from an existing system php template) as well as other duties assigned. You have the ability to increase in both salary and position based on your ability to learn our business and add value to our team. Overtime during busy months is expected and required.

Project Manager

Self-motivated; with good planning and analytical skills, the ability to develop deep understanding of the project and meet the established deadlines.

Call Center Specialist

Successfully answer and resolve every benefits hotline call that you receive or initiate to help ensure client satisfaction and retention. Partner with the Account Executive to handle special projects and additional services per client as needed.

Website Content Specialist

The Benefit Services Manager will lead client facing consulting activities to help the client realize their objectives and ensure ROI. This role will monitor and coordinate the ongoing efforts of teams and multiple departments and will be a liaison between WBD and our customers. Responsible for proactive, creative relationship-building with customers and brokers. Emphasis is on client retention and up-selling products and services. This position requires someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills and displays good judgment.
