Website Content Editor

This role will design the website content for various client websites utilizing Dreamweaver and HTML programming. Websites are unique and individual for each client and designing against client specifications is required. The Website Content Editor is client facing and provides recommendations and advises during the implementation phase as well as ongoing as plan design changes.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Good knowledge of programming within various internet sources.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must be able to interpret complex benefit plans in order to design benefit guides that are compliant with all ERISA guidelines.

Education and Experience:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science, or related field; or equivalent.
  • Typically requires up to 3 years of experience in managing content for websites.
  • Experience with Dreamweaver, HTML, and/or other applicable website languages is required.

 

Call Center Representative

This position provides ongoing telephonic support to employees to maintain and grow the client relationship.  This includes answering general benefits questions, telephonic enrollment and assisting in call outs to employees.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Ability to handle and resolve issues with all types of callers.
  • Understand the basics of COBRA.
  • Has attention to detail with 100% accuracy for data entry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain friendly, polite and professional throughout the call.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.  
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only some standardization exists.   
  • Meet or exceed monthly call metrics
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 

Education and Experience:

  • Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • Typically requires up to three years in a customer service/call center or benefits administration role.

Sr. Client Experience Executive

Under moderate direction, the Sr Client Experience Executive maintains and monitors client relationships ensuring WBD is meeting performance measures relating to customer satisfaction with our products, service, and renewal retention. This role facilitates client processes and customer service follow up after implementation has been completed. He/she partners with Client Experience Executives, Managers, and WBD leaders to effectively manage the client’s perception of WBD and its products while providing ongoing support and excellent customer service to maintain and grow the client relationship. The person in this role is responsible for creating processes and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and customer retention.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Good knowledge of account management/client relationship principles and best practices.
  • May require travel to client locations.
  • This is to ensure we stay in front of our clients, and to make sure customers are aware of the exceptional support and value WBD adds to their organization.
  • This requires polished, professional presentation and meeting skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration and customer service/support role.

EDI Data Analyst

Manages all incoming data that is sent or received form our customers or third-party vendors (TPA).  Processes files in a timely basis and ensures accuracy of the transfer of data.  Uses security protocols at all times and carefully manages data manipulation process.  Assists as needed to ensure smooth flow of information between all parties.  Cross trains with EDI analysts to share responsibilities and assist as needed.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Strong skills in spreadsheet and data management.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Outlook  

Education and Experience:

  • Typically requires an Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Typically requires a minimum of two years of experience as a data analyst.
  • Client management experienced preferred.

Regional Sales Manager

In this position, you’ll identify and close new clients from relationships built within our three tier distribution channel (Employee Benefit Consultants, Insurance Carriers, & Employer groups directly).

Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Generate and close new sales opportunities
  • Develop relationships with distributing partners (Employee Benefit Brokers and Insurance Carriers)
  • Drive conversion of prospect to client through account research, identifying key players and generating interest in WBD solutions
  • Lead prospect meetings including system demonstrations
  • Effectively Support Marketing Initiatives
  • Drive revenue through existing customer base (upsell additional products and services)
  • Demonstrate Technical, Product & Industry Expertise
  • Become proficient in our CRM, Salesforce.  Dedicated to data quality and meticulous population of key sales information

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Client facing sales experience.
  • Consulting experience through long sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated; set and identify goals (activities, results, income).

Education and Experience:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
  • 5+ years sales experience in the software, employee benefits and/or HR administration space
  • Basic knowledge of CRM Software Salesforce
