Website Content Specialist

WBD provides customized benefits supersites for all of our clients. We need talented website content specialists to build, style, test and maintain our client websites. This position integrates and collaborates with the implementation and client experience team and often communicates directly with clients in order to ensure their communication and branding needs can be accomplished.

Skills required:

  • Basic html5, CSS3 PHP knowledge
  • Cross platform browser testing (including mobile and tablet devices)
  • HTML code editor knowledge
  • Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge (Acrobat Reader, InDesign, DreamWeaver)
  • Attention to detail and 100% accuracy for data entry

Call Center Specialist (Bi-lingual candidates are a plus)

WBD’s call center is a cornerstone of pride for us. Healthcare and insurance can be complicated and intimidating. We need professional, positive, compassionate call center specialists to help our members understand their benefit options, enroll successfully, provide necessary documentation, and learn how to be smart healthcare consumers.

Candidates will be trained on the WBD technology and call center platform and how to navigate the tools and resources necessary to address member questions. Ability to communication with others professional with  accurate spelling, proper use of capitalization, punctuation, and sentence structure required. 

Skills required:

  • Helpful, happy, positive and professional attitude
  • Experience and knowledge of employee benefits and insurance
  • Successfully answer and resolve member calls and benefit questions
  • Partner with the client service team to handle special projects and additional client services as needed
  • Attention to detail – ability to follow through

Benefit Services Account Manager/Sr. Benefit Services Account Manager

WBD provides turn-key implementation and ongoing account and system management for our clients. The Benefit Services Account Manager is responsible for the overall client relationship and coordinates with all internal WBD departments and colleagues to deliver and end to end solution.

  • Responsible for proactive, creative relationship-building with customers and brokers
  • Monitor and coordinate the ongoing efforts of all internal resources as the liaison between WBD and our customers
  • Emphasis is on client retention and upselling products and services
  • This position requires someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills and displays good judgment

Skills required:

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales and customer service management within the employee benefits and/or healthcare technology industry
  • Technical knowledge of benefit administration, payroll and carrier systems and technology trends
  • Strong professional, polished communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated; with aggressive priority management and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop deep understanding of the technical and business challenges our clients face and navigate client through challenges
  • Identify opportunities to present additional WBD products and solutions to existing clients

Benefit Data Analyst (Excel skills required)

WBD is well known for having the best EDI and data stats in the industry.  Why? Because of our amazing Data Connections department! This position allows you to join a highly dynamic, industry-renowned team of experts that serves as the liaison between the WBD benefits system, the employer payroll system, and the insurance companies. The ultimate objective is to ensure that all systems stay in sync with real-time, accurate, reliable information so that members have insurance claims paid correctly and paychecks processed accurately.

Skills required:

  • Strong excel and attention to detail are essential
  • Preferred Excel ability to do pivot tables and V-lookup functions
  • Responsible for reconciling multiple data sources, troubleshooting and error resolution
  • See that file discrepancies are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
  • Work with client and internal WBD team to address eligibility issues
  • Participation in all phases of client implementation and renewal (initiation, build, test, production) 
  • Perform testing and thoroughly document progress and issues
  • Process and monitor inbound and outbound documents (including TPA agreements)
  • Work with the technical/development team to identify and resolve system issues in a timely manner
  • Review documented training material for accuracy and assist in end-user training and support

Skills required:

  • 3+ year experience in outside sales, preferably in the employee benefits industry
  • Existing relationships within our three-tier distribution channels:
    – Benefit brokers
    – Insurance carriers
    – Human resource and benefits professionals
  • Ability to identify and cultivate new relationships, new logos, new prospects, new clients
  • Preferred technical knowledge of benefit administration, payroll and carrier systems
  • Strong professional, polished communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated; with aggressive priority management and analytical skills
  • Ability to ascertain deep understanding of the technical and business challenges employers face and develop client specific proposals, solutions and strategies
