STANDARD & CUSTOM EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS

Decision support and consumer engagement comes in many forms.  WBD has a vast library of standard videos available that can be displayed throughout the enrollment experience. 

For an additional fee, our creative team will produce a customized animated video.  Custom videos are a great way to help convey complex messages – especially for open enrollment and new hire onboarding.

For a fast, affordable solution, WBD will create a unique 3 second “short intro” to display at the beginning of WBD standard videos. This creates an economical branding effect to deliver that “wow factor” to really personalize and engage employees while they shop online for benefits.

QUALIFYING EVENT MANAGEMENT

When an employee has a qualifying event such as marriage, birth, divorce, change in job status, loss of other coverage, etc., WBD provides a concierge-style service to manage all aspects of the transaction. 

  • Call, email, follow through with employee. 
  • Collect and validate documentation, approve elections, manage carrier and payroll updates and close the loop with employee.
  • Mobile friendly – take a picture of your document and upload from your phone!
FULL DEPENDENT DOCUMENTATION

Does your company require dependent documents for new hires and open enrollment – or just qualifying events?

This service is like Qualifying Event management, but year-round including new hires and open enrollment. 

EVIDENCE OF INSURABILITY OUTREACH

When auto-underwriting is not available through the carrier, WBD can liaise between the employee, carrier and employer to ensure all paperwork, documentation and requirements are met.

WBD will approve or decline benefits, and ensure payroll is updated with the right deduction and appropriate effective date.

NEW HIRE OUTREACH

WBD will call, email and text employees multiple times to ensure they know to enroll within their new hire window.

  • WBD will obtain email, cell phone, beneficiaries and acknowledgement that they were offered affordable care.
  • Timely enrollment of new hires saves administrative efforts for retro payroll deductions and ensures ID cards are received promptly.
CARRIER DISCREPANCY AUDITS

WBD automatically sends files at least 1X per week to carriers.

  • When carriers process files, they generate a complex report of any oddities, discrepancies or records that did not process correctly.
  • For a small fee, WBD will manage all carrier discrepancy audits.
  • Otherwise, carriers will transmit reports to employer to manage.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

Many employers offer attractive tuition reimbursement programs for their employees.  Benefits vary based on employer reimbursement rules.

  • WBD can communicate and administer these programs and help manage documentation and reimbursement. 
  • All records and tuition reimbursement will be saved in the virtual filing cabinet.
CONSOLIDATED BILLING

One bill. Full reconciliation. Turnkey financial solution.

  • WBD can auto-generate almost any report at no cost, but this service is for clients that need every invoice to match to the penny and want a 3rd party to manage all payment, invoice, billing and reconciliation.
