Client experience team
Client Experience Manager
Day to day client support for implementation, ongoing and renewal. Facilitates all internal and external workflow. Available directly and via the Client Support Center.
Responsible for managing initial implementation and complex renewals.
Client Support Center (Hotline)
General service center staffed with client support specialists available if your direct CEM is not available.
Signature Services Manager
Coordinates additional special ops departments including COBRA, ACA, call center, dependent documentation and outreach services.
Configures rules, rates, eligibility triggers, contingencies and system logic for new business and renewals. Coordinates internal and external testing processes and interfaces with “Developers” if necessary.
Content, styling and employee experience. Builds out side by side comparisons and focuses on member engagement. Responsible for initial build and ongoing site updates.
Carrier Data Specialist
Works with all carriers to obtain structure documents and initiate feeds. Also works ongoing weekly discrepancy files.
